1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TikTokEasyUpload ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TikTokEasyUpload is a tool that allows you to upload video content to your TikTok accounts via the official TikTok Content Posting API. The Service provides both a web interface and a programmatic REST API for video uploads. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content you upload through this Service.

3. TikTok Integration and Compliance

This Service integrates with TikTok's platform via their official API. By using this Service, you also agree to comply with:

• TikTok's Terms of Service
• TikTok's Community Guidelines
• TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation
• TikTok's Branded Content Policy

We are not responsible for changes to TikTok's API, policies, or platform that may affect the functionality of this Service. TikTok may independently take actions on your content or account based on their policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content you publish through this Service
• You must have the legal right to publish any content you upload (no copyright infringement)
• You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
• You must not use this Service for spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
• You must not share your API keys with unauthorized third parties
• If you provide your own TikTok Developer API credentials, you are responsible for their security and must not embed them in public repositories or share them with third parties
• You must not use this Service to circumvent TikTok's rate limits or policies

5. Content Publishing

When you publish content through the Service:

• Content is posted to TikTok via the Content Posting API and is subject to TikTok's content moderation and review processes
• You must select a privacy level for each upload — no default is pre-selected to ensure you make an intentional choice
• Interaction settings (comments, duets, stitches) are not pre-enabled — you must explicitly enable the settings you want
• Published content may take time to process and appear on your TikTok profile
• By posting content with music, you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation
• If your content involves commercial promotion, you must enable the appropriate branded content disclosure toggle in accordance with TikTok's Branded Content Policy

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload through TikTokEasyUpload. We do not claim ownership over your content. By using this Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process and transmit your content to TikTok as directed by you. This license terminates when the upload is complete or you delete the content from the Service.

7. API Access

The Service provides a programmatic REST API for video uploads. When using the API:

• You must authenticate using a valid API key generated in your account settings
• API keys grant full access to your account — keep them secure
• We log API requests (endpoint, status, timing) for security and debugging purposes
• We reserve the right to rate-limit or revoke API access for abuse or excessive usage
• API rate limits: TikTok enforces a limit of 6 requests per minute per TikTok account. We queue uploads accordingly.

8. Service Limitations

• Uploads are subject to TikTok's API rate limits and file size restrictions
• Video processing and publication timing depend on TikTok's systems and are outside our control
• The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party service outages
• TikTok may reject content based on their community guidelines or content moderation policies

9. Limitation of Liability

TikTokEasyUpload is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Failed or delayed uploads
• Content moderation actions by TikTok
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Changes to or discontinuation of the TikTok API
• Any actions taken by TikTok on your account or content
• Service interruptions or downtime

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TikTokEasyUpload and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including TikTok's terms and policies).

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon account deletion, we will delete all your data, including TikTok connections, uploaded videos, API keys, and request logs, within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
